At M Global One, our journey is a true testament to the belief that greatness can rise from the humblest beginnings — and that every setback can be the foundation of an even greater comeback.

It all began in early 2020, when our founder was approached by his banker with an opportunity to join a “Sue Sue” program — a popular informal saving system circulating at the time. The goal was simple: find two individuals who each would find two more, while their two followed the same process, thus leading on to fully completing a “flower” and receiving a payout of 8,000 Barbados Dollars. The upfront commitment was 1,000 BDD, a significant sum for many at the time.

Although the idea initially seemed like a quick way to raise capital, it quickly became apparent that the high entry cost was a barrier for many people. Not satisfied with simply walking away, our founder dived deeper — studying the mechanics behind such programs. It was during this research that he stumbled upon a powerful strategy demonstrating how individuals were earning upwards of 62,000 + USD through similar models worldwide.

Inspired by this knowledge and sensing a higher calling, he asked himself a critical question:

“How can I create an opportunity for everyday people, not just the few who can afford it?”

Then came the breakthrough. By modifying the strategy, reducing the entry cost, and removing middlemen, he could build something more accessible, transparent, and empowering. With this divine inspiration, M.A.F.I.A 246 was born — short for Men Achieving Financial Independence Academy.

M.A.F.I.A 246 was launched with a simple mission: make financial growth available to everyone, for free. There were no complicated hierarchies. No gatekeepers. No hidden fees.

Participants were only asked to commit honestly, stay consistent, and support one another by “watering their flowers” weekly. It was that simple.

It worked — beautifully. With just a small starting amount of 100 Barbados Dollars, members were seeing life-changing payouts, sometimes over $10,000 dollars by the end of a month. For the first time, ordinary households across Barbados were envisioning a different kind of future — one filled with hope, possibility, and prosperity.

Another very important factor to mention is that one of the main rules was to simply forward $1,000 dollars to a charity our founder and his wife started to aid in the support of struggling families living in poverty. Our founder, a well-known tradesman in the construction industry, with a beautiful young woman as his wife; dedicated and by his side, they both formed the “Artisans Against Poverty Foundation” to give back to the community as their core business to eradicate poverty from within their country.

But human nature has its complexities. As success grew, so did greed, manipulation, and division. Who knew that one simple word could have sparked such a division in a movement for financial freedom, the word “Mandatory”? You may ask how?  One main rule — that it was mandatory to donate $1ooo Barbados dollars to the“Artisans Against Poverty Foundation” from each cycled flower of $11,000+, thus leaving the owner with a clear $10,000 payday.

Despite clear rules and a fair system, some individuals exploited the program for personal gain, causing harm, broken trust, and even broken homes. Out of all the money that was circulating  from many successful flower owners, ONLY (2) honest individuals stepped up and make a contribution to the cause. Therefore, rather than compromise the integrity of the movement, our founder made the difficult decision to shut down M.A.F.I.A 246 and the original website.

Yet, out of these ashes, M Global One was born.
