This Return Policy governs all purchases made through M Global One and M.A.F.I.A Global LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) websites and services.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

1. Digital Products & Online Programs

All sales of digital products, online programs, downloadable resources, and training materials are final and non-refundable.

Because our products are delivered instantly and provide immediate access to proprietary content, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital purchases.

Please be sure you are committed to your purchase before completing the transaction.

 

2. Events, Courses & Workshops

All tickets, enrollments, and registrations for live or virtual events, courses, and workshops are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend a live event, please contact us before the event date.
At our discretion, you may be eligible to transfer your registration to a future event or apply a credit toward another service.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or partial attendance.

 

3. Physical Products (If Applicable)

If we offer physical products for sale in the future, our policy will be as follows:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund minus any applicable restocking fees (if applicable).

Note: At the time of writing, no physical products are currently sold.

 

4. No Guarantee of Results

Please review our Income Disclosure and Disclaimer carefully.
We do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from using our products, training, or services.
Lack of results or dissatisfaction with results does not qualify for a refund.

 

5. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe your payment was made in error or was unauthorized, please contact us immediately at the email address below.
We will investigate the issue and resolve it per our policies and applicable laws.

 

6. Chargebacks

By purchasing from us, you agree to abide by our policies.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve any issue constitutes a breach of this agreement and may result in permanent termination of your access to all products, services, and platforms.

We take chargeback fraud seriously and will pursue appropriate legal action if necessary.
